At Black Diamond, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
